Tina brings operational expertise in scaling early-stage companies and building business infrastructure from the ground up. As COO and Co-Founder of Abbrevia8, she architected the company's operational foundation, led successful early-stage fundraising rounds, and implemented SaaS go-to-market strategies. At Kynismos AI, she spearheads operational strategy and execution, translating the company's privacy-first vision into scalable business operations. Her background includes building high-performance teams, and developing revenue-generating strategies across technology and subscription-based businesses. She specializes in creating operational frameworks that enable rapid scaling while maintaining product integrity and mission alignment.

Laura leads marketing strategy at Kynismos with a focus on full-funnel marketing, retention, and user engagement. Over the past decade, she’s helped scale startups, apps, and purpose-driven organizations—most notably driving 350% growth and $1M in revenue uplift through lifecycle and multichannel campaigns at EME Hive. Her background spans web development, design, writing, and data analysis which informs how she approaches marketing from multiple angles. Before joining Kynismos, Laura founded her own agency, Bang!
